The Extra Alcohols division is born from the company’s experience in distilling the by-products of the winemaking industry, which dates back to the 1970s. Today, in addition to first-generation alcohols obtained from cereals or molasses, Caviro Extra also extracts quality second-generation alcohol from grape processing waste.
