Ethanol of agricultural origin

Caviro Extra's ethanol of agricultural origin - a 96° neutral alcohol, historically also called ‘buongusto’ or BG in Italy - is produced from the fermentation of cereals or molasses and is an ingredient designed for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. In fact, it complies with the parameters laid out in EU Regulation 2019/787 (for the food sector) and the European and US Pharmacopoeia (for the pharmaceutical sector). It has a clear and colourless appearance and a typical alcoholic odour.
