The Group reported <strong>consolidated revenues of \u20ac385 million<\/strong>, a decrease compared to the previous year, but maintained stable financial metrics (EBITDA at \u20ac34.3 million, up +3.4% from the previous year, and net financial position at \u20ac80.3 million). The Group demonstrated its ability to generate income while achieving a managerial balance between its \u201c<strong>Wine<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Materials and Bioenergy<\/strong>\u201d sectors. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis past fiscal year,\u201d commented <strong>President Carlo Dalmonte<\/strong>, \u201chas seen Caviro engaged in overcoming various challenges, primarily <strong>restoring value to the winegrowers in our social base<\/strong>. In this context, the Group, thanks to its financial solidity and prudence, has approved a financial statement aimed at protecting Caviro and its subsidiaries from the market volatility in the Materials and Bioenergy sector and mitigating supply chain risks beyond its social base.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The repositioning initiative in the wine sector yielded encouraging results despite declining volumes. During the fiscal year, the Group outlined a five-year strategic plan focused on <strong>expanding global distribution<\/strong> and <strong>creating value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn line with the defined strategy, the wine division has been reorganized into two pillars,\u201d added <strong>Giampaolo Bassetti, General Manager of Caviro Group<\/strong>. \u201cOn one side is <strong>Cantine Caviro<\/strong>, representing all the brands that showcase the <strong>excellence of our winegrowers<\/strong> from North to South. On the other side is <strong>Tenute Caviro<\/strong>, a concept that enhances territories rooted in Italy\u2019s most prestigious wine regions, encompassing the Chianti and Valpolicella areas, where the Group operates proprietary companies through subsidiaries <strong>Leonardo Da Vinci Spa<\/strong> and <strong>Gerardo Cesari Spa<\/strong>.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the renewal of the Board of Directors for subsidiary Caviro Extra was announced. Carlo Dalmonte was reconfirmed as President, and <strong>Valentino Tonini<\/strong>, who was appointed General Manager of the Caviro Group last May, was reappointed as CEO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeveral initiatives have been carried out in the Materials and Bioenergy sector,\u201d commented Tonini, \u201cwith a particular focus on the subsidiary Caviro Extra, both in terms of investments and organizational restructuring.
