Ethanol from wine by-products

Caviro Extra's wine-based ethanol is a second-generation 96° neutral alcohol because it is produced from the processing of wine by-products such as lees and marc. It is used in the wine sector, where its origins are a compelling factor, and in the food industry, because it is compliant with EU Regulation 2019/787. Clear, colourless and odourless, it has an alcoholic, neutral taste, without additional flavours.
