Liquid tannins

Caviro Extra's liquid tannins (Extra Tan) are a natural extract obtained from the maceration of dried grape pips from fresh and selected marcs. They have a high content of OPCs - polyphenols with strong antioxidant power - effective for ensuring colour stabilisation in red wine, for example.
